Brandon was very helpful, did not charge for assessment and quote. Very responsive, detailed quotes and explanation. They had competitive pricing. We shopped around with multiple companies, this one by far was the best one.

Dave was punctual, professional and considerate of our requirements. He exhibited excellent communication and provided several options to address our issues. He demonstrated incredible flexibility to work around other contractors and our availability. Overall, an excellent plumber that I thoroughly recommend.

Matt came late after an all day job, assessed our situation and nailed it. We had use of our kitchen sink and dishwasher again. He was very pleasant and professional. He really knows his stuff. Excellent work Matt.

We called Benjamin Franklin for our water heater replacement - they were here within an HOUR. The work Cody put in was second to none. He was personable, knowledgable and funny! We will recommend BF to everyone we know! And the price - NEVER go to a big box store for what you need - these guys are 100% THANK YOU!!!

I have been a local Pitzer/Ben Franklin customer for a while and have always had positive experiences from the first call to completion of the work. Recently I had a water heater/water softener issue. I received a fast response and Jeston was the plumber that arrived. He was courteous, professional and very competent. He explained the issue and all of my options to me. He made some repairs and was able to get the new equipment installed the next day. One of the reasons we stay with this company is because we have always received quality work. The price may be higher than others, but I always felt we got what we paid for and never felt like we got mislead. Jeston was the best of the best!

Leroy was friendly and efficient. He explained everything he was doing. He was very helpful in explaining the importance of installing a filter system. Leroy installed the filter system. He is meticulous in his work. He did not leave until the system was working correctly with all the faucets. It gives me peace of mind to have someone who is so skilled, respectful and friendly.

Matt did a great job. He arrived on time, took care of my plumbing issue in the most efficient and effective way possible, and after the job was done, everything was cleaned up and ready to go. I am very pleased.
